A message from Kindra:

There are so many things I could tell you about myself: I have written a book, taught eight psychology courses at the university level, earned a Gallup Coaching certification for strengths training and coaching through the Gallup organization, trained managers and teams at multiple sites, and most notably, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 5000 hours of clinical experience.

And while I want you to know that I am qualified—that I’ve done work that might make me a more knowledgeable and helpful companion to you—I understand that my own struggles also belong on my list of qualifications. The truth is, the only reason I believe I can be helpful to anyone is because I have successfully worked through many of my own struggles. In my journey to where I am now, I have struggled with relationships, trust, parenting, marriage, mental health and academics. As a teen/young woman, I struggled with self worth, confidence and direction. As a mother of two young girls, I struggle to find time for myself, give my girls everything they need to thrive, and stay connected to my significant other while trying to work & keep friendships in-tact . I know the many challenges that life can present not just because of my own experiences but because I have had the opportunity to help thousands of men and women work through their concerns as well. Helping others resolve ongoing conflicts that are keeping them from their best life is the centerfold of my life. That is why I am so excited you are here.

If there is a problem or concern you need help with, reach out! I know what it’s like to work really hard but not be able to resolve a particular conflict on your own. Even the most sophisticated people I know reach out for help—there is absolutely no shame in that and in-fact, I don’t believe we can solve problems in the same mindset we created them. To get over our problems, we need to do something different. We need new information, new tools, and an unbiased outsider to guide us to them. I would be honored to be your guide.

If you are wondering what type of concerns I can be helpful addressing, read through the list in the “services” section of my website. If you are still unsure, please do not hesitate to reach out.

I sincerely look forward to hearing from you!

Warmest regards,
